Homeland SecurityTony Spicci

FEMA held kickoff meeting for Homeland Security User Group in Kansas City. Well-attended, about 60 people from Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and other states. Three modules are available for hazardous materials, flood, wind, earthquake. Need Spatial Analyst extension to use, and up to 80GB of storage for generic data. Not sure where user group will go. Tony and MSDIS will continue involvement.HomeSecGIS grant has not been funded. Looking into why. Next HS subcommittee meeting the 21st but Tony cannot attend. Will arrange for someone else to chair.
