Approval of the Minutes
Motion to approve minutes by Liz C, Pam K, approved by vote
Treasurer info: Liz C: Consulted with atty. If funds are at MU, we are under their umbrella for taxes, liability, etc. If we start an account at a private bank, we are open to all tax and liability issues. Instituting a Treasurer would not put us in any compromised position.
Nominations for Treasurer position, pending its addition in the bylaws, remains open. Have not heard back from CIO about pending nominations.
