    • OGI Report – Tracy Schloss

    The ESRI Master Purchasing Contract has been renewed *usually done in August; anyone relying on the agreement should be able to continue to operate as normal. Many people use this for their purchases – roughly $2M in expenses are done annually using that contract.

    The OGI position posting has been approved;

    • MSDIS Report – Tom Vought

    Revamped some old pages on the website – strong traffic across all three servers (traffic was up some); usual health-related updates and new Federally-qualified health centers. Also new Dept of Conservation lands data.

    • Treasurer’s Report – Tim Donze

    A lot of activity, but it’s hard to tell which have cleared and which have not; expenses for various conference awards, NSGIC membership payment, etc. Reporting that we are at our old balance of $22,730.55. Seven of eight spots for 2021 MOGISCON sponsorship have been filled, looking for an 8th.

    • Membership Report – Wiley Howell

    About half the membership should have received their renewal letters; if anyone has not, contact Wiley; current membership is 33, a reduction from 37 due to some non-active members being dropped; puts the quorum at 17 for future meetings.

    • By-Laws Report – Colin Duewell

    No proposals for changes; by-laws are not posted online, work to be done to get them finalized/updated.

    1. Discussion Topics / Presentations
